Sunset at Agumbe

Posted by Vinay (Bangalore, India) on 16 December 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Recently I had been to Agumbe for viewing the world famous sunset... It wasn't a complete disappointment but unfortunately I wasn't prepared to take the photograph... I hadn't carried my Nikon Nikkor zoom lens... I just had a Nikon 18-55mm lens and not wanting to miss out a chance to view a marvelous sight, I went ahead and shot this photograph...

Place profile: Agumbe in Karnataka receives 2nd highest rainfall in India after Cherrapunji in Meghalaya. The sunset at Agumbe is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world. The day, i.e. 12th Dec 2008 when I had been to Agumbe, it was very misty and also partly cloudy. But I have tried my level best to take the best picture possible on that day.

Please do give me your inputs/comments on the above picture.

Thank you for visiting my photo blog... Please leave you comments... That is what is making me a better photographer each day...

Looking out for positive and negative comments as well.
