Blacky Waters!Posted by Vinay (Bangalore, India) on 5 August 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. One thing that many would have noticed in the yesterday's picture is that in the same photo, 3 different colors of the sea can be seen. Believe me that was neither a photographic trick nor because of some post processing. At Om Beach, the waters that is seen nearer to the shore is usually black because of the Black soil and some other reasons unknown to me. A little deeper into the sea, makes the water look more brownish and further down into the water, makes it look bluish! I captured this photograph, because for me the color black is a powerful one and this water esp. looked as if somebody had thrown black paint! Thank you for visiting my photo blog... Please leave you comments... That is what is making me a better photographer each day... Looking out for positive and negative comments as well.
